November 17,18,19, 2009

LeyVa Middle School will be having Parent Conferences, Tuesday through Thursday, November 17 - 19, 2009.  Conferences will be a first come, first serve basis.  Parents are encouraged to bring their student(s) to the conference.

Tuesday, November 17^th, is a minimum day for students.  Release time is 12:19 p.m. Parent conferencing hours are 12:50 – 2:45 p.m.  Teachers will be in their classrooms.

Wednesday, November 18^th there will be no school for students.  Teachers will conference in their classrooms from 12:00 noon – 4:30 p.m. and from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  The evening conferences will be held in the gym.

Thursday, November 19^th, is a minimum day for students.  Students will be released at 12:19 p.m.  Parent conferencing hours are 12:50 – 2:45 p.m.   All teachers will be in their classrooms. 

We have created our conference schedule to try to accommodate as many parents as possible and we encourage you to meet with teachers during these conference times.  However, if you are unable to meet during any of these hours, please contact your student’s teachers to set up individual conferences at another time. A handy form to fill out in advance is attached regarding your student's schedule.
