Drivers who drop off, pick up and/or park near our school should be aware that City of San Jose Parking Compliance Officers are occasionally in the vicinity during peak times before and after school. They are actively citing drivers for moving and parking violations. They are not agents of the school or the district. If you are cited and would like more information on those matters, contact that agency at www.sanjose.ca.gov. We are never aware of when they will be in the area. Of course, we support them in their efforts to keep the streets and students safe. We always want drivers in school zones to obey all traffic laws and watch out for students. Please be aware of the possible presence of these Compliance Officers and treat them respectfully. They are doing their job and that job is important to student safety. Thank you for your cooperation.
